    Sorry to hear you are experiencing this issue. And thanks for your patience and including a link to your site.

    I can see the problem still exists on you site. Since you tried the options in that KB article you linked, let’s expand the troubleshooting to other possibilities. Please follow this Conflict Guide to test the theme and other plugins. A staging/test site might be appropriate if you are unable to run this on your live site, or a time block of low usage.
