Mini Calendar shows confusingly wrong entries, some missing

Hi guys,
on heukelbach.org, we have a mini calendar (left bottom). It shows wrong dates, compared to the “big” versions. See example in attachment.
Other example: If you click on August 23., it shows en entry for August 24.On the other hand, this event (and others) is not listed at all in the mini calendar:

(Should be on August 23.!)What’s wrong here? We have the latest updates for all plugins.
