Mini Cart and Checkout not working as expected

We have 2 issues after new WooCommerce 2.3.6 update.
1) Mini Cart is not loaded as it should.

2) At the Checkout page, if non-english language (we use WPML plugin – updated), we have javascript issue and we can’t place order.
