Minicart display help

Heya!

I’ve setup the plugin so that shipping is only available if you order over 50$, otherwise the only way to complete order is to choose the “in-store pickup” option. It works fine in the sidebar widget, but the minicart doesn’t display the “in-store pickup” option to begin at all. So a user who starts filling their cart and scrolls down until the widget-cart is off the screen but who hasn’t reached the minimum required price won’t actually be shown the option to choose in-store pickup, and the minicart will never display the “Order” button.

Is there any way to change how this is displayed at all? As it stands, the minicart function is useless to me right now, if people can’t by default actually complete an order through it.
