Minification (of html) break the plugin

5 stars on the plugin, the effort and the time
I want to minify the html of my website. It cuts the weight of each page in half.

In any case, tracking the problam i found that SytaxHighlighter breaks
when trying to minify HTML. i have searched trough the code for a reason
why but couldnt find.

Any ideas? solutions?
