Minified Stylesheet ignored by Safari

W3TC Version is 0.9.4.1
Using minify, Chrome, IE, Edge, and opera all load the minified stylesheet with no problem, but Safari does not apply any styles from is at all.
Safari applies the styles fine when logged in using the “Disable minify for logged in users” setting, so it seems that the problem is that Safari does not like something about the way the file is minified.
