    Actually, I take that back. The locally hosted minified files are affected too.

    Thank you for reaching out and I am sorry about the issue you are experiencing.
    If convenient, can you please share your website URL? The minified files are stored in /wp-content/cache/minify/ folder and W3TC does not mess with this in any case. Can you also please share which CDN provider you are eusing?
