    Greetings,

I have a multisite with 2 domains. W3 Cache worked good with single installation but now as i switched to multisite i experience some issue. I use single w3 cache config for both domains.

When I activate minify js or css, i get the notice to purge cdn. After purging however the css and js files appear again in the purge list and so on. Also it appears that cache files are loaded and also the same files from the cdn.. Any advice would be helpfull.

    Hello @amircisija

Thank you for reaching out and I am happy to assist you with this.

I am not quite sure I understand the problem, co can you please share some more information like the URL of the domain you are having issues with, the CDN provider and the CDN type you are using and a screenshot of what you are seeing in the W3TC settings?

Please let me know the details so I can assist you with this.

    Thanks!

Hey Marko, thank you for your response. Here is the screenshots:
    Basically:

    1. Activate minify css.
    2. In the CDN Tab there comes the error message “Unsuccessful transfer queue”. I process the queue, and after reloading browser the same message appears again and again.
    3. When inspecting the website, in this case the css files are loaded 2 times.,one from our Amazon cdn and one from wp-content/cache/minify/

    Hello @amircisija

    Thank you for your feedback.

You should click the button near it and try to re-upload files.
if works – it’s a temporary issue linked to server resources. You may also try to clear the queue.

Please let me know which CDN provider you are using and share the screenshot of the CDN settings in Performance>CDN, and the website URL.

    Thanks!

    Hello Marko,

yes I was trying with uploading the files again, but the “Unsuccessful file transfer queue” is again filled with css and js files. I’m clicking on the “Process CDN queue now” but again, after some time it’s filled with files.

We use Amazon CloudFront Over S3 and here are the cdn settings:

I’m not sure if it’s related with the switch to multisite, but before it did work. From time to time there was the Unsuccessful transfer queue appearing, but only after deleting cache manually.

Is there a way to send you the link in private since I can’t share the urls.

    Thank you.

    Hello @amircisija

Sorry for the late reply. Somehow I missed this.

You can share the link via the W3TC support channel in Performance>Support.
Let me know if you are still experiencing the issues.

    Thanks!
