Combined CSS on IE 9 and the "4,096 CSS Rule Limit"

Internet Explorer 9 can’t handle more than 4,095 selectors in a single css file (msdn docs https://blogs.msdn.microsoft.com/ieinternals/2011/05/14/stylesheet-limits-in-internet-explorer/), this is easy to run into when W3TC combine css in a single ifle (minify css option enabled).
It is possible implement in the future version a setting for combine css in one file or more file?
