Hello. I am really happy with the plugin, as it works nearly perfect for my needs.
An issue occurs with pagespeed and other optimization.
No matter what plugin (W3 total cache, Super cache, several minifying plugins) I try, the photonic stops working. I does not display anything at all (white space), the photos appear in a vertical line and/or the lightbox/swipebox do not trigger.

I use 500px with swipebox. On one plugin I could find out, that if the files
    …/plugins/photonic/include/scripts/lightslider/lightslider.min.js
    …/plugins/photonic/include/scripts/swipebox/swipebox.min.js
    …/plugins/photonic/include/scripts/photonic.js
    …/plugins/photonic/include/css/photonic.css

are set to be ignored for “processing” it seems to work. Sad thing, that only one tiny plugin (that I do not use) has this “ignore these files” option.
I triyed all possibilities reinstall, deactivate, reinstall wordpress … well, all the common steps we do. No win. Even If only activate the main theme or any other standard theme, as twenty-seventeen, without any customization and only one site with the 500px gallery and photonic as solely running plugin.

    Any ideas?

Thank you for your great work.

While I don’t use caching plugins myself, I am not aware of any conflicts between Photonic and the more common ones.

If you can provide me with a link, that might help troubleshoot this issue.

    Hi,
As a follow-up, I also installed W3 Total Cache on my local server and activated it. I see that for minification there are two modes: auto and manual. The manual mode gives me options to specify which JS and CSS I want to minify. Is that something you can try using?

Oh, yes! I was aware of the “manual” but did not realize to put the related lines in the advanced options. Something more in my learned box.

    Again, a great solution provided.

Thank you for following it up.
