    Hello,

I just started using the WP-Optimize Plugin and discovered that the frontend breaks only on mobile if the css minifying is enabled.

    Normal mobile frontend:
    Bildschirmfoto-2022-04-21-um-14-21-31

    Css minifying enabled:
    Bildschirmfoto-2022-04-21-um-14-21-51

I discovered that I have to enable the marked option to solve this problem:
    Bildschirmfoto-2022-04-21-um-14-28-28

    Question:
Should I worry about anything or is this setting safe to use?
Do you have tips for recommended settings?

    Thank you!

  • @bohei Could you please try to uncheck the option “Enable merging of JS files” and “Enable merging of CSS files” from WP-Optimize > Minify > Javascript and CSS and check if it helps to fix the issue?

Thank you for your reply and please excuse my late answer!

I tried to uncheck the two options you asked me to, but without any difference:
If “Inline CSS” isn′t checked the frontend looks like above.

If “Inline CSS” is checked I discovered a new problem:
the filter categories are greyed out:
    IMG-5940

    it should look like this:
    IMG-5941

@bohei Could you please try to turn off the minify option and check if it works?

If the minify option is disabled, it works as usual.

Is there anything I can do, to use minify without problems?
I downloaded this plugin to boost my sidespeed and I guess it’s the fastest when minifying enabled?

@bohei Could you please check the option “Defer all Javascript files” from WP-Optimize > Minify > Javascript and check if it helps to fix the issue?
