Minify Won't Turn On

I’ve been using W3 Total Cache for a while and absolutely love it. Recently, I had some server issues. While troubleshooting, I deactivated and removed W3TC from my site. After resolving the issues I put back W3TC, however I had to redo my settings. Now, Minify won’t turn on. I check the box to enable Minify from General settings. But when I click save changes, the page reloads and Minify is no longer checked. Any idea why this is happening?
