Minifying issues?

Hi there!
Just wondering how do we minify Contextly? I used Better WordPress Minify
https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/bwp-minify/And when I turned on JS minifying, it breaks contextly. And then when I looked further, they said, to ignore the script, we need to put in the javascript handle name (not the file name). Could you kindly assist?
