Minileven theme removal

    Hi,
    the minileven theme has been removed recently from Jetpack
    As my site is based on the Twenty Eleven theme, the rendering is not good anymore without minileven on mobile devices.
    I have found this useful link : https://github.com/Automattic/minileven
    It says it is possible to load this plugin but i don’t know how to do it. Could you please indicate me how to proceed ?

    NB : i use the last Jetpack version, as indicated.
