The minimized chatbox image too big for my site. This is not an aesthetic judgement, but rather a problem due to all the compliance buttons and messages that have become so important these days. In short, the minimized chatbox image covers something else and displacing the image to a different corner does not solve the problem.

Reducing the size by 30%-50% would work, though.

So, while waiting for the day when the plugin configuration allows the admin to configure the image size, is there a workaround I can use? I would have thought that some css would do the trick, but I cannot determine what style needs to be touched.

Thanks in advance for your help.

    Hi,
The latest update includes settings for customizing the size of the button icon and text. Please try it out and let us know if you have any further concerns.

Thanks very much for this rapid turnaround.
My problem was more due to the width of the image than to its height, however. And this, without any text as a label.

I note that the preview of the icon in the admin page is a circle, whereas the actual icon displayed is ovoid (the height is correct, but the width is wider).
I have set the icon as follows:

    Text label: <blank>
    Icon size: 24pt
    Text size: 12 pt
