Minimum Charge Settings

Hi,
I have configured the plugin to work with Stripe on my installation. During a test transaction (for $0.10) the test card was charged $500. The invoice displayed some type of notice about the minimum charge being $500. I have not seen anywhere in the settings where I can adjust this setting. Does the plugin come with default minimum charge settings that I can customize?
