Minimum password length / strength

Hello,

I have not been able to find a place in UM to set minimum password strength and length. There is an option under UM -> Settings -> Account -> Require a strong password? ( Which reads “Enable or disable a strong password rules on account page / change password tab”), but I cannot find the account page and change password tab, where I can set the rules for a stronger password!
