Minimum quantity of matching products wont work

    I create a “buy 10 A or B and get 5% off” coupon, and select products A B and set “minimum quantity of matching products” 10 at usage restriction tab. But when I test it, not matter how much I add to cart, it show “The minimum quantity of matching products for this coupon is 10.” when I try to apply the coupon.

    Can you help me?

    Hi @kaiafan,

    We have tested the scenario and were able to make a similar coupon work without any issues.

    Usage restriction:
    Product condition: Any.
    Product: 2 products selected.

    Minimum quantity of matching products: set to 10.

    Problem solved.

    In case anyone else meet this problem.
    If you want to create a coupon for variable product,
    Product: Select Parent SKU
    Exclude products: Select Child SKU that you do not want to promote.
