    Hi Metagauss, how are you? the min Ticker limit is not working I set the min limit to 4 by its showing 1 not 4 in source code this is not changing can you please check

    Subject: Refund Request for Stripe Purchase Extension

    I hope this message finds you well.

    Stripe Extension causing the issue and I recently purchased the Professional Bundle from your store, which I understand includes the Stripe purchase extension. However, I had already bought the Stripe purchase extension separately but it was not working it was part of the Professional Bundle to and I’m using Woo checkout now.

    Given that the extension is included in my bundle purchase, I would like to kindly request a refund for the separate Stripe purchase extension. Below are the details of my purchase:

    Order Number for Professional Bundle: mg-31587
    Order Number for Stripe Purchase Extension: mg-31584
    Purchase Date: 30-05-2024

    Thanks for your response. Since this is related to the paid version of EventPrime, its better to have the support handled directly via our dedicated ticket portal. www.ads-software.com support system is encouraged by the moderators to be for standard version of the plugins.

    You already have a couple of tickets with us, and we replied to those. The refund for the duplicate purchase of Stripe was initiated. Also, the issue was resolved on your site.
