Minimum user role for Operators

    Hello, I’m interested in this plugin. I haven’t downloaded it yet but I would like to know what is the MINIMUM wordpress role I should assign to the operators.

    I want an operator to be able to just answer the chat dialogs and do nothing more on my wordpress website. Is this possible?

    Either free version or paid, I don’t have any problem with that.

    Hi there.

    So sorry for only getting back to you now.

    The Basic version will make the admin of the website the chat operator.

    The Pro version allows you to have multiple agents. Depending on the role of the user, any role lower than an administrator will only be allowed to respond to chat requests. They will not be able to change any settings.

    Ideally, in your case, you would probably want to make your agents have a ‘Subscriber’ role, so they will only be able to respond to chat requests and not do anything else on your site.
