Mining for themes

Where do you look for the best themes?

So, there are thousands of themes out there. Many quality themes can be found in the WordPress theme viewer (ughh)… SmashingMagazine does a great job every now and again… but honestly I’ve been unable to find a quality site that features free wordpress themes.
