    I think this is possible using variable type of product instead of group product.

    As per my knowledge variable type is best for your store.

    I need specifically for grouped products. Only this way the user can select the amount of products he wants in the same window. I’m building a wholesale B2B type of store.

    In your example the limit is “at least 3 pencils of given color”. What I’m looking for is “at least 3 pencils of any color”.

    No, this is not possible using this plugin.

    As per my research no more plugin available for the same, for this you need to build up new plugin as per your requirement.
