Min/Max Submission seconds

Hi,

Minimum Form Submission Time – represents the number of seconds before the form submission is considered valid.
Ex: You set Minimum Form Submission Time to 5 seconds. If somebody will post a comment in less that 5 seconds after the page loads it will considered invalid. It takes less than 5 seconds for a user to read an article, fill out the comments form and submit it?

Same thing for Max Form Submission Time – which represents the number of seconds after the submission is not considered valid. Let’s say you set it to 1h(3600 sec). It takes more than 1h for an user to read the article, fill out the comments form and submit it?
