Minor Bug – Last access date breaks after editing Redirect

To Replicate:

1. go to /wp-admin/tools.php?page=redirection.php
2. Take an existing Redirect and directly click “Edit” in the context Menu, that appears when hovering over an item
3. In the now open Menu click “Save” (Changes to the Options before saving do not matter)
4. The Year in the Date under “Last Access” changes to something like e.g. 9840. Results here can vary. Changed year appears to only happen with regex redirects, on normal redirects they just disappear

Upon reloading the Page everything is back to normal.
