• Hello, thanks for this great plugin!

I’m currently test running it on my new site but I need some help. I Already used Mozilla Firebug but not sure of where to place the code! Please how can I do the following:

1). Increase the Font Size of the Event Details “Meta”
2). Rename the “Event Details” header & sub-headers to specifics like (“Type” for Tags; “Grouping” for Categories; etc)
3). Lastly, What is the Recommended Photo size for Event Images?

    Thanks

For (2) you can edit the event-meta-single-event.php template (see https://docs.wp-event-organiser.com/theme-integration/).

For (1), just add the appropriate CSS styling to your theme – the styling is done by the theme and not Event Organiser.

    (3) That depends on your theme :). It’ll probably be the same as the recommended size for posts.

    Hope that helps,
    Stephen

    Hi,
I followed your instructions but here is what I’ve got so far by editing the template copies in now in my theme folder:

A). Single Event Page: Editing “event-meta-single-event.php” Successfully renamed the event details & meta on my single event page alone.

B). Archive Pages (Category, Tag & Dates): All above meta of event details are all unchanged. All their URLs (example.com/tag/free-events) as well as webpage Titles (Free Events I Event Tag I Example.com) still remains the same. From the “archive-event.php”, All I could change was the intro/descriptive text page header. It seems to be calling the same “event-meta-single-event.php” file for the meta details so I don’t know what to do.

And lastly, I just used a simple wp plugin (WCK custom fields) to add an additional Meta Box (for Pricing) which now shows up alongside this event organiser menu bar on my dashboard & events post types but DOES NOT show up on the single event front page (nor archives). See Screenshot: https://awesomescreenshot.com/0ed39fqt39
C). Pls, do I still need to “call it” by inserting a line of code on EACH of the template files? And if yes, Where exactly should I put it?
Or is there a simpler way to achieve this?

    Thanks alot!
