Minor enhancement for multisite

Hi I love this plgin but I use it on multisite and only want super admins to be able to access the error log.

There is a simple change/fix that would enable this

Eiher change the capability check in the check_if_authorized function to “update_plugins” or a similar multisite safe capability OR add a filter so this can be changed via code (without editiing the core plugin.
