minTime/maxTime not working.

    Im trying to set the minTime/maxTime parameters of the datetime object using jquery in the functions.php file of my wordpress installation but nothings seems to work.The parameters dont work even if i try to set them using the user interface in the contact form 7 form creation .

    Is this a bug?if so how can i achieve my goal?
