    Hello, I have does this a few years ago, but things have changed;

    Where is

    define(‘WP_HOME’,’https://domain.com’);define(‘WP_SITEURL’,’https://domain.com’);

    As for some reason not it the wp-config.php file, the db info is the but not the wp_home or wp_siteurl.

    PS everything is uptodate I am also running woo and elementor

    By default, those settings are set on the Settings General page of the wp-admin. They are not hardcoded values like that. If you want them to be hard coded, you can do so. But by default they are not.
