Misc settings “save change” button not working!

There is my screencast from dev website that Misc settings saving works properly.

Just the “Enable custom table for usermeta” option that I tried to mark at the end of the video must be checked separately. It has AJAX handlers for the creation of the usermeta custom table.

Please let me know what issues did you have with Misc settings,
