Miscalculation of taxes for Quebec/Canada

Hi everyone!

I’m helping a friend out for a new web store for her farm. After several orders, we realized that the taxes are miscalculated and are overcharged to the clients, but only with a few cents extra.

For exemple, for a subtotal amount of 173,75$, the client is charged : 8,77$ (TPS = 5%) + 17,34$ (TVQ = 9,975%), for a total of 199,86$

In reality, if we calculate the taxes it should be 8,69$ for TPS (173,75$ x 5%) + 17,33$ for TVQ (173,75$ x 9,975%), for a total of 199,77$. This is a difference of 0,09$ compare to the amounts charged and showed on the receipt…

We don’t offer shipping, we only sell to client in Quebec, Canada.

I tried to see how it shows in my basket on the store and at this point, the amount of taxes are correct. (https://snipboard.io/8Bk5rL.jpg)

I seriously don’t get what’s the problem here and don’t know what to do to fix it! Any help would be very appreciated ??

I choose to disable the automated taxes because it wasn’t working well and decided to enter the taxes manually instead. Every prices on the store are showed before tax. Because there is no need to ship the orders and because we only sell in Qc, the calculation of the taxes is based on the physical store address.
