Misleading!

  • I like this plugin but the new Join.Chat banner at the top of the chat window is misleading some of my customers by clicking on it.

    I prefer the older version with a nice and simple powered by at the bottom right corner.

    Hello @shoptak ?? I understand your complaint, it’s complicated when you make such a big change to get it right the first time, and be able to get thousands of users to agree. I sincerely take your complaint as an opportunity to improve, we’ll see what we can do in future updates to bring something that can satisfy more users. In the meantime you can remove the brand and link by adding our Add-on Join.chat + You can also use the JOINCHATPLUS coupon to get 100% discount, if you know of more people who have your problem please share the coupon with them.
