Thank you for the review. But, please read the description carefully, do you see any text that say this plugin provides option to add custom SVG icon?

    From the plugin page.

    FEATURES INCLUDE:

    No setup needed.
    Unlimited colors.
    Async JavaScript.
    SVG Icon.
    Custom target.
    Disable on mobile.
    Choose text or icon.
    Customizable text.
    Position switcher (left or right).
    Change animation you like.

Which does not say custom SVG icon but the feedback is that “Misleading advertising. No option to add SVG icon”.

Reviewers get to be wrong and you’ve replied. There is nothing to report for this review.

@jdembowski well, one star is unfair, that’s not even my fault? So, nothing I can do?

You can reply well in a professional and amicable way. That’s all that is needed.

This is not Amazon, ebay or anything like that at all. This is feedback and if you are trying to use these reviews are a business lead then you are making a mistake.

Sorry, but this is a nice and simple plugin and the reviewer @samthedev presumed “SVG Icon” means “Custom SVG Icon”. Which it doesn’t really say, and nobody else seems to misunderstand that.

So I think that the one-star-review really is unfair, and the reaction from moderator @jdembowski seems a bit harsh on @satrya.
