Hello again geekimpulse,
Look – I’m going to level with you. I understand that there are bad people on the internet that are out to take advantage of others… and that perhaps your knowledge of their existence leads you to believe that when something doesn’t look right, you must be getting screwed.
You must have been taken advantage of before… why else would you leave this scathing, “It’s a scam!” review before you even reached out to us for support? I feel for you, geekimpulse.
The reality? This is not a scam. RapidLoad a premium service run by people that stand behind their product & go above and beyond for their customers 100% of the time.
Let me address your concerns:
– Why was the phone number not answered?
When we set up our payment processor, we have to provide a phone number. At this time, we do not offer phone support, we’re building out our docs & providing email support via support tickets. The phone number will show up in your credit card statement, though, which is where you must have seen it. We didn’t realize this and will be taking adjustments so this doesn’t confuse anyone in the future.
– Your bank’s assessment of the recurring payment
You signed up for an annual plan, your next billing date would have been exactly one year from the date you signed up. I’m not really familiar with the fraudulent practices your banker described to you, but it seems that they’re way off base in this instance.
– Multiple reviews by the same author
I think you’re a bit confused as to who “authored” a review versus who “replied” to a review. You’ll see the same name as the “last reply” on multiple reviews because often, I am the last one to have replied to them. This does not mean they were posted by the same person. In fact, no person has posted more than one review – go check it out for yourself!
Your money has already been refunded. Good luck out there, geekimpulse!
