Misleading features – Raw HTML format not supported
-
According to the website it supports raw HTML for your templates.
Send Email – Raw HTML
Sends an email in raw HTML format. This action requires a fully functioning HTML email template that will be correctly rendered in your customers’ inboxes. After buying the PRO version i found out the plugin uses a WYSIWYG editor called TinyMCE that when you copy-paste your own html templates it trims the whole thing destroying both the format and columns of your email. If you code your own templates by yourself or you use a framework such as MJML you are out of luck with this plugin.
Hope i can get a refund because now i have to use the WYSIWYG editor to recreate the HTML emails i developed.

EDIT 06/03/2023: I appreciate that support replied me very fast stating that the feature is not working and they will look forward to fix it.
I still also think the documentation shouldn’t advertise missing features. At this moment, choosing “Send an email”, “Send a Plain text Email” and “Send Raw HTML email” render the exact same UI with the same visual output.

EDIT 10/03/2023: Support sent me an older version of the plugin (2.37.15) in which the Raw HTML feature works flawlessly. Looking forward to have it fixed on the 3.0 version as the UI is much better.
