Had given 0 stars, if it was possible.
I bought the premium version of this plugin, to try it out, and see if it was what I needed.
In the footer main page “getwooplugins.com”, they say “We offer 30 Days Money-back Guarantee”
“100% No Questions Asked Refund Guarantee.”
When in reality, their refund policy is total BS. “No Questions Asked” apparently means alot of quetions asked. You have to fill out multitudes of criteria, to just get a refund.
Absolutely misleading marketing to get people to buy their products and it’s absolutely disgusting.
Instead of saying “We offer 30 Days Money-back Guarantee”, they should say: “If you regret you purchase, you can go f*ck yourself”. Because the latter is actually true.

Most basic thing, that most plugins offer is a refund guarantee, if you regret your purchase. Take a major plugin, none of them have this kind of shitty refund policy. Elementor, Crocoblock, Oxygen, Divi, you name it.
If their business is based on misleading customers, it isn’t a business, that I would advise anyone to trust their money with.
