    Hi,

I used to use a premium version on your plugin which expired a few months ago.
In the description of the Premium version, one can read:
“1 year of updates and support
Access to all our 20+ pro extensions
    One year access to updates
You can install it on 3 different websites
    Priority support system
    30 days money back warranty”

But it seems that after a year of using it, I lost not only updates with new features but also access to some features. Am I right?
To be more specific, I mean here “Automated Addon” where I wanted to change its design but it’s impossible right now. Why is that?
If it’s due to the expiration of the Premium version then I find it’s very not fair as the description is misleading.

I tried to contact your support via E-mail but without any reply.

Hi, support for premium addons is supplied by the addons site (www.thenewsletterplugin.com); this space is dedicated only to Newsletter (free) plugin and offered to the community by www.ads-software.com.

You can use the forum on https://www.thenewsletterplugin.com.

BTW, no features are blocked and we try to keep the compatibility as long as possible with new WP and Newsletter versions. If you updated Newsletter, you can try to rollback and report us if this procedure makes the addon work again. We can check the problem but we even suggest to keep Newsletter to that compatible version.

    Stefano.

I’m sorry if I addressed my issue to the wrong place but, to be honest, I think that the problem is related to the free & premium version at the same time.

Anyway, I installed WP Rollback and rollbacked several different versions of Newsletter. It didn’t help.
Obviously, I would prefer to have all my plugins in Premium versions but with a limited budget, it’s not the easiest task. That’s why sometimes I keep my Premium versions suspended for some time.
Nevertheless, if I paid for something already, I would like to have what I paid for. To make sure, that I’m not misjudging you, I read “Premium version” description once again.
I know that I can’t count for future updates but I hoped to keep options that were already available.
Maybe I misunderstand something but it would be great if you can take a look at my problem closer.

Hi Stefano, any chance for a continuation of this thread?

Hi, if Newsletter, latest version, has the composer (for regular newsletters) working in your blog, there are no problems to solve actually. If the composer is not working we can help in finding possible conflicts in your installation with other plugins (since we tested it out once again with different browser without finding issues).

If the composer is not working in Automated, as said, this is not the right place to ask for support. You can use the forum on our site but probably an upgrade is required.

We do our best to keep the compatibility and to ensure even NOT UPDATED addons continue to work, but that cannot be granted.

    Stefano.
