Misleading | Useless without Premium version

We normally use Duplicator as it’s an excellent, reliable backup/restore/clone util, however we were testing different backups to resolve an issue with a particular laptop.

One hour into this test we discovered this note buried in the documentation:

“For the remaining steps you will need a licensed version of WPBackItUp.”

Misleading marketing is not the best way to build trust relationships. A backup without a restore solution is no solution at all.

Marketing 101: Under promise, over deliver. You did the opposite!
