Is it just your product variations that get disapproved? If so, can you share your product feed URL with us so we can verify it is the WooCommerce structured data bug you are experiencing.

I have signed up for elite and enabled the “Increase the number of products that will be approved in Google’s Merchant Center”

For some reason the rich snippets is still pulling $67.50 price from website when item is $64.90
