    Hi
On website ps5digital.pt I noticed that when I do your test: https://check.lscache.io/?host=https://ps5digital.pt/ and it says “ LSCache is supported”
Then I do it again and it adds below: ” LiteSpeed cache is a hit”

Then I check website and I notice that it’s extremely fast.

    — So, till here all perfect —

The issue is that few minutes later I notice that website is slower.

If I run again the test then it’s just showing in every page the  “LSCache is supported” without the “LiteSpeed cache is a hit”.

    Example:

    HTTP/1.1 200 OK
    Server: nginx
    Date: Mon, 25 Nov 2024 22:05:16 GMT
    Content-Type: text/html; charset=UTF-8
    Transfer-Encoding: chunked
    Connection: keep-alive
    Vary: Accept-Encoding
    x-powered-by: PHP/8.3.13
    x-dns-prefetch-control: on
    expires: Thu, 19 Nov 1981 08:52:00 GMT
    cache-control: no-store, no-cache, must-revalidate
    pragma: no-cache
    x-litespeed-cache-control: public,max-age=604800
    x-litespeed-tag: 967_HTTP.200,967_product,967_URL.c627ae58f7265da3adc13354eb5067fd,967_Po.1437958,967_guest,967_,967_MIN.b2cbc5e9fc160335020578ef63d8f70e.css,967_MIN.b765fe9ca8f4d0d7a543693433572328.js
    etag: W/”202-1732572316;;;”
    x-litespeed-cache: miss
    x-turbo-charged-by: LiteSpeed
    Content-Encoding: gzip

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

that cache checker is not exactly doing request as a real browser does

you should use the real browser to check and verify

but I do indeed feel it very slow.

so, first visit very slow, then after refresh all pages fast.

then I close window and if I open again any page it’s very slow… and again going back to homepage and open any page is very fast.

something weird like it’s purging cache every time…

you can enable debug log , see if there is any purge took place

    I’ve enabled it: https://www.dropbox.com/s/jjhidqs10s4w9uy/Captura%20de%20ecr%C3%A3%202024-11-28%2C%20%C3%A0s%2010.21.56.png?dl=0

Few hours has passed and no file there on wp-content>

And it’s still happening, cache miss on chrome dev tools.

    • So, I open the website, it’s very slow on every page I open. If I refresh or go pack to any page I’ve already opened on the session, then it’s very fast (less than 0,5 seconds to load)
    • Any new page it’s very slow (and I have crawler enabled)
    • If I close browser, few minutes later I go back to any previously opened page and it takes like 8 seconds to load.

you can check LiteSpeed Cache -> Toolbox -> Log view -> Purge log

    or in /wp-content/litespeed/debug directory

were you checking as logni user ? or guest user ? login user has short cache TTL , it could frequently shows cache miss
