missing a cache validator

I’m getting this report back from pingdom:
The following resources are missing a cache validator. Resources that do not specify a cache validator cannot be refreshed efficiently. Specify a Last-Modified or ETag header to enable cache validation for the following resources:

https://www.test1.sonriseapartments.com/s/40d1ff.css
https://www.test1.sonriseapartments.com/s/c4bfee.cssI have read in the support forum that this issue was fixed in a update
but I still seem to be experiencing this issue with my new theme (Generatpress Premium)
any input would be appreciated
