Hi, @gianniscfa! Are you referring to validThrough from Google Jobs? If yes, you are correct. It refers to the expiry date of the job listing.

yes still hitting error that on some pages missing even when I added the job expire date

should I recrawl all the page into Google search engine ?

Thanks for the update. If you’ve added or updated job expiry dates, requesting Google to re-index your pages is a good idea. Keep in mind that re-crawling can take a few days to a few weeks, so it might not be immediate.

it doesn’t let me recrawl even after I save rhe hour, date expire etc

I get all the time errors about these that missing when I have added them

    date posted

    job location

    hiring location etc

I am using apus listing theme, might not be compatible?

my website is struggling from index drop rate in google at lot where we were in first page now we are not for some listings because of these fields

    Hi @gianniscfa

It does sound that something might be conflicting with WP Job Manager. To rule out a theme or plugin issue, please follow these troubleshooting steps: https://wpjobmanager.com/document/troubleshooting/basic-troubleshooting/#troubleshooting-plugin-and-theme-issues

Let us know what you find out!

Could you look at the page source of the job listing. Then search for “<!– WP Job Manager Structured Data –>”.

Could you provide us with the structured data fields here? Feel free to redact any private information.

@gianniscfa the fact that you are not seeing the structured data is likely due to a plugin or theme conflict on your site.

Could you re-try the steps from https://wpjobmanager.com/document/troubleshooting/basic-troubleshooting/#troubleshooting-plugin-and-theme-issues and then try searching for the structured data?

So for example, I would create a backup of the site, then disable all plugins besides WP Job Manager and switch to a default theme like Twenty Twenty Four. I’d then re-run the structured data testing tool, and also recheck the page source code of the listing page (right click on the page and press view page source).
