    Hi,

    After completing the form, the letters with accents are missing in the words that contain them within the fields of the created pdf file.

    In flamingo or email notification they are stored perfectly, and even if I use the original and fillable PDF file, I can insert the accented letters without problems.

    Can you help me understand what the problem is and a possible solution.

    Hi,

    What version of the API / Enterprise Extension are you using? Version 1 does have this problem with some characters.

    What are the exact characters you are having a problem with?

    If you don’t mind sharing your PDF, it would help with debugging the problem. Send it by email to admin at maximum dot software.

    Thanks for the reply. It was enlightening ??

    I’m using version 1 of the API.

    With your suggestion, I went to check the font used to create the pdf form and indeed I had used HELVETICA.
    All I had to do was change it to CALIBRI, and now everything works. Accented characters are also reported in the fields.

    Excellent.

    Version 2 is really the way to go, I am adding more features that are not going to be available to version 1 users.
