Missing action strings after Upgrade to 3.0.1/3.0.2

After upgrading to 3.0.2. we had a couple of posts with missing or empty actions.
We had to manually …
- open every post that was displaying this error ( a handful did)
- change the PPF actions , for example from Change-to-draft to Change-to-trash ( in the Editor the action string was NOT empty, btw)
- save each post
- and then switch back to the former option ( example back to “Change-to-draft” ) and save again
- on some posts, we had to disable the ppf actions , save, and then re-enable them because otherwise they would not show up in the overview of future actions
After all this, the list at wp-admin/admin.php?page=publishpress-future-scheduled-actions was clean again and every item now has a non-empty action assigned.
Could this be something that stems from the previous 3.0.1 problems or do we need to investigate further?

Update: our editors report new items with the message
“Action scheduled but its definition is not available anymore. Did you disable the plugin that defined it?”
after they update a post. In the post overview the message shows, in the future actions overview the action of the same item is just an empty string.
N.B. : the post causing the message and the empty action is scheduled for publication in the future using wordpress’ default scheduling mechanism.
