Missing “AddToCart, Purchase” events

Now the Facebook diagnostic page says that I’m only missing the purchase event.

How long does it take to get support?

I’m uninstalling this plugin and will go with a different one that provides customer support…..

sorry for the large delay on my response, I wasn’t able to check the forum in this period and I’m very sad you had to uninstall the plugin due to my no response. I always do my best every day to taking care of everyone with Pixel Caffeine as soon as possible and this last period was very busy for me, I hope you can understand.

I cannot see anymore the screenshot about the error in the Facebook business console, but I can see the next screenshot of Pixel Helper. The “Can’t mach product” could be for different reasons:

1. you don’t have any product with the ID 5176 in your product catalog
2. the product catalog you created it’s not associated to the pixel ID you are using to track the pixels from your website. You can check it in the catalog settings in your business manager account

Please, check these two things in order to find the reason of your problem.

I don’t know what you are referring to, but Pixel Caffeine doesn’t have this kind of service. I don’t know if you are confusing with the Marketing Services of AdEspresso, but it doesn’t have nothing to do with Pixel Caffeine, but only with the AdEspresso service.
