Missing Amazon Images

    Hi, I’m using WordPress.com and setup with amazon images wordpress suggested I try this forum.

    The Amazon images sporadically blank out – nothing appears in that row. When I added a background, it was completely blank. When I reload, it may/ may not appear – it’s not consistent.

    What can I do to get the images to load all the time? Did I hit a limit?

    I formatted a large table with 3 products per row (I had 4 and thought that may have been my issue, so I changed the table to 3. At first I had several tables to break it up, but I changed to one large table – both designs have the same issue. It’s inconsistent and unreliable…

    Oh and it loads very slowly too..

  • Hello Joan,

    It appears you’re using the Amazon Associates Link Builder plugin.

    I know it must be frustrating to be tossed about from one place to another, but as the WordPress.com support staff mentioned, this is something that, in all likelihood, you’re going to need help from Amazon, developers of the plugin, to fix.

    So I’ll advise you re-post your issue in the Amazon Associates Link Builder plugin’s dedicated support forum available here: https://www.ads-software.com/support/plugin/amazon-associates-link-builder.

    That said, it appears several other people are have posted about similar or some other issue without getting any attention from the Amazon staff that built the plugin. That’s unfortunate, for such a mega-corporation.
