Missing argument 2 for wpdb::prepare()

Here is a fix, that worked for me. Change line 62 in avh-db.php from

return $wpdb->prepare('SHOW COLUMNS FROM ' . $table);

into

return $wpdb->prepare('SHOW COLUMNS FROM ' . $table,null);

Anyway, I have uninstalled it… I don’t even know why I was using it in first place :^P
