Missing Argument after Upgrade

    After upgrading I get this error:

    Warning: Missing argument 2 for wpdb::prepare(), called in /home/sitename/public_html/site/wp-content/plugins/category-icons/category_icons.php on line 1047 and defined in /home/sitename/public_html/sitename/wp-includes/wp-db.php on line 1152

    Please help.

    the error is coming from category-icons plugin, not from download manager.
