Is it only a problem for Google? Are you able to access the file yourself? It’s not unheard of for Google to complain that a resource comes back 404 when it crawls your site, yet when you check the resource for yourself it is there and available. If it’s just Google, indicate the problem is fixed in Google Search Console. It’ll likely be fine next time they try to access it. The 404 error was a temporary glitch that seems to often plague Google search bots.

There is no such file in my WP installation. It could be something your theme or a plugin uses. AFAIK the file is used by a React runtime package to locate all needed modules. It seems odd to me that Google would be looking for it, but I don’t really know React so what strikes me as odd has little validity.
