Missing Attributes in product Filter

    Hi,
    we are using woocommerce default product filters. The product filters on the shop/category page are not displaying the complete list of any given attributes. e.g. for “BRANDS” attribute we have a total of 7-10 brands available but only 2 brands are displayed. Similarly all other attributes have missing options.
    I checked the products with missing brands and all of them are in-stock. Also i tried using another plugin (YITH) for filtering and it showed all the attributes options including the missing ones. But i do not want to use another plugin for this and i want to use the default filtering.
    Can you please look into this asap and get back to us??

    While on https://dubaibicycles.ae/product-category/bikes/, only 2 brands are listed, on https://dubaibicycles.ae/shop, 15 brands are listed. Is it possible that the page https://dubaibicycles.ae/product-category/bikes/ only lists bikes of 2 different brands?

    Hi Niels,

    Even on the shop page the brands count is less. We have around 40 brands in total. When i use YITH plugin it is showing 32 brands, but as mentioned earlier we do not want to use a plugin for this. And it clearly shows that there is some issue with the default filters. Is this because of any other plugin or due to some woocommerce setting?
    Please have a look, i have to sort this out on urgent basis.

    It worked well before. Maybe an update broke something?

    In my case shop sidebar filters are missing completely. I had 5-6 products related attributes filters before recent updates. Filter is missing here for instance and on every other shop page:

    Only https://ortos.bg/shop shows some crippled version of shoes sizes filter. (i.e. half of the sizes we actually have are missing)

    The other catalog listing pages display no attributes filters. However, other kind of widgets show like Price filter or Categories filter.

    I am having with latest update to 4.4.1 of Wocommerce the same issue: Filters on shop page disappeared.

    Hopefully the Woo Team will fix it.

    Has any fix been found for this yet?

    Client contacted me asking to add some attribute filters but, when looking deeper, those attributes were already added over a year ago and have since stopped displaying in the FILTER BY attribute widget.

    Any update on this? seems i am not the only one facing this issue.

    @petegeek I found a temp solution: rollback to woocommerce version 4.3.3
    It worked.
    I don’t understand why the Woocommerce Team just doesn’t share this simple fix.

    @gabrielefortunato that’s what I had to do. Was hoping there would be a hotfix or an edit to the Woocommerce core file which would fix it. The rollback will have to do for now.

    Strange thing is, the filters work on the primary shop/store parent page, but not on the child pages.

    Updated to 4.5.0 and the issue remains.

    Rolled back… again.

    Hi there,

    There is an open issue that has been reported to the developers regarding the Product Attribute filter — you can read about the issue and follow along here:

    It appears there was a fix in a “release candidate” version of the WooCommerce plugin, however it unfortunately does not appear to have been working for many users. As you have confirmed, you are still seeing the issue in version 4.5 which came out today.

    It appears the developers are still looking into this and hopefully a fix will be available in the next version of the plugin. Please follow along for updates in the issue report linked above.

    I’m having a similar issue. It’s showing attibute filters in shop page (Size, Brand, Color, Heel) but it shows none if I filter by any category.

    Update to WC 4.5.1 still doesn’t fix this issue. Rolled back again.

    Same here. Can’t see the sizes on the filter.

    I updated to 4.5.1 issue remains.

    I think also the update 4.5.2 didn’t solve the problem. When can we get some solution?
