Missing author causing problems with snippets?

  • My website not showing correctly from Google search and snippets missing. I just get a vertical bar followed by the page title.

    Webmaster tools shows missing author but I cannot fix it.

    Error: Missing required field “entry-title”.
    Error: Missing required field “updated”.
    Error: Missing required hCard “author”.

    Any suggestions?

    Have disabled all plugins and emptied the cache.
